2. Design principles
①, shelf design in strict accordance with the requirements of the tender documents
Adopt mature design concepts, reasonable planning and layout, novel design structure, safe and reliable use;
③, under the premise of ensuring the safe use of the shelf performance, reasonable design, reduce the project cost;
④, shelf design according to the 7 degree seismic intensity fortification, strength, rigidity, stability of the certificate to meet the requirements of JB/T5323-91;
⑤, shelf design fully consider the deformation caused by uneven weight distribution of goods stored and the impact of forklift access operations on the shelf;
⑥, heavy shelf fixed with expansion anchor bolts, not connected with the building;
⑦. Fasteners for shelf connection shall be selected according to the provisions of Section 7.2 of the GB50017-2003. Generally, high-strength galvanized bolts of grade 4.8 shall be selected;
⑧ The main material of the shelf is Baosteel high-quality steel Q235B (equivalent to SS400);
